
Focus: Personal growth, leadership, and psychosocial wellbeing addressed via camps, workshops, life skills development, individual counselling, group support , and empowerment initiatives.
Sub-Programs and interventions:
A) Youth Empowerment Program Grade 7 (ages 12 –13)
Goal: To empower Scholars with the strong foundations they need to develop self-awareness, critical reflection, and a sense of personal responsibility, equipping them with the mindset, values and goals to thrive at high-school and beyond.
The program encourages our younger Scholars to understand their past, evaluate their present, and intentionally shape their future as responsible, resilient and value-driven individuals.
B) Youth Empowerment Program Grade 8 (ages 13 – 14)
Goal: To build a strong developing leadership character foundation through identity awareness, personal values formation, integrity, and confidence building.
C) Youth Empowerment Program Grade 9 (ages 14 – 15)
Goal: To deepen our Scholars’ foundational interpersonal leadership skills by further developing their capacity to relate with others in healthy, respectful and emotionally intelligent ways.
D) Youth Empowerment Program Grade 10 (ages 15 – 16)
Goal: To develop emotionally grounded leaders who take initiative, make thoughtful decisions, uphold quality in their work, understand leadership as influence and practice accountability daily.
E) Youth Empowerment Program Grade 11 (ages 16 – 17)
Goal: To equip our mature Scholars with a growth-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and effective communication skills, while strengthening their sense of responsibility through servant leadership.
F) Youth Empowerment Program Grade 12 (ages 17 – 18)
Goal: To prepare tertiary ready Scholars for independent living, ethical and servant leadership, and meaningful community contribution.
