Focus: Preparing KMF scholars to succeed beyond the classroom – real world support (e.g., career guidance, tertiary readiness, employment preparation).
Sub-programs and interventions:
A) Mentorships (Buddies / Life Mentors)
Goal: To provide KMF Scholars with life mentors to strengthen their executive functioning through additional life support, coaching, and mentorship.
B) Career Guidance and Career Exposure
Goal: To assist Scholars in making positive choices about their future careers through career guidance and career exposure.
C) Shadowing and Career Mentorships
Goal: To enhance Scholars’ knowledge of specific careers and support them in making informed study and career choices.
D) Tertiary Application Support
Goal: To ensure that all Scholars can successfully access tertiary studies after completing their Grade 12 year.
