Focus: Continued engagement, support, and networking after Youth Empowerment completion.
Sub-programs and interventions:
A) Alumni Workshops, Camps and Activities
Goal: To build strong relationships with alumni, between alumni, and between alumni and KMF scholars, while continuing to support alumni on their development and growth journey.
B) Alumni Psycho-Social Support
Goal: To provide psychosocial support to all KMF alumni, empowering and supporting them toward more effective executive functioning.
C) Alumni Career Support
Goal: To support and promote career success for all alumni.
D) Alumni Financial Support
Goal: To provide financial support that enables alumni to successfully access and continue tertiary studies after completing their Grade 12 year. This support is provided on a case-by-case basis after each alumni’s needs are assessed.
E) Alumni Internship Program (On Hold Based on Funds Raised)
Goal: To provide two graduate alumni with work experience that will assist them in their future careers.
