The KMF follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit our website. All hosting companies do this as a part of hosting services’ analytics. Google does not associate your IP address with the usage information it collects.

We only collect personal information and contact details, including names provided to us by the user or via our website. We may use this information to follow up on any inquiry sent by you the user or to follow up on any questions regarding the services offered by KMF. No further processing of the personal information received on our website will be done by KMF unless the necessary consent is received and the data subject is informed in terms of POPIA and KMF’s internal POPIA policy.
The personal information collected by KMF is stored at our hosting provider (who is POPI compliant or is governed by a substantially similar privacy legislation to South Africa).
It may be shared with professional service providers and if obliged to do so in terms of any legal requirement or court order.
We retain this information as long as you use our products or services and for at least one year after your last order as required by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2005.
Order details are kept for 5 years after tax submission as required by the Tax Administration Act 28 of 2011.
A priority for us is the protection of children using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
The KMF does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
You may remove your contact details from our newsletter mailing list or any other further marketing by unsubscribing or informing KMF via email. You may access and update your business information by logging into the product or service you purchased from us.
You have the right to object to our processing of your personal information in terms of s11(3) of POPIA.
