We only collect personal information and contact details, including names provided to us by the user or via our website. We may use this information to follow up on any inquiry sent by you the user or to follow up on any questions regarding the services offered by KMF. No further processing of the personal information received on our website will be done by KMF unless the necessary consent is received and the data subject is informed in terms of POPIA and KMF’s internal POPIA policy.
The personal information collected by KMF is stored at our hosting provider (who is POPI compliant or is governed by a substantially similar privacy legislation to South Africa).
It may be shared with professional service providers and if obliged to do so in terms of any legal requirement or court order.
We retain this information as long as you use our products or services and for at least one year after your last order as required by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2005.
Order details are kept for 5 years after tax submission as required by the Tax Administration Act 28 of 2011.
The contents of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
